In 1982, just outside of Williams, Arizona, the body of the decomposing body of an unknown teenager girl was found along Interstate 40, beneath a cedar tree.  A few people had seen and interacted with the girl, who was in the company of an older man, but no one knew who she was. The girl was given the nickname of Valentine Sally in place of Jane Doe. Nearly 40 years went by before she was identified as seventeen year old Carolyn Celeste Eaton of Missouri, but her killer has never been caught and brought to justice.
